Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged the nominated pre-paid amount each month commencing on the day you complete your transaction.
You, as Primary Family Administrator can easily Cancel your Senior's account in the Settings on your BigPurplePhone Family& Friends App. You and your Senior are not locked in with a contract and can leave any time. If you do choose to leave, we are sorry to see you go, but make it easy to do. We will restore the standard Nokia software onto your BigPurplePhone remotely, and cancel your BigPurplePhone subscription.
You can Change Card or Get a Statement or view payments by accessing the Billing section in your BigPurplePhone Family& Friends App.
